Do you have any good ideas for a fundraising breakfast Honey?

I'm in the ladies auxiliary local fire department, and each year We have a Sweetheart Breakfast on Valentine's Day to raise money for firefighters. I was wondering if anyone has any good idea for breakfast? The ladies are all together to make pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, biscuits, applesauce, fruit, and more. However, we need ideas for decoration, ideas for advertising, etc. Should we make a game? a raffle? Normally, to buy roses at a cost of a local florist and give a rose to every lady who comes, but not we can afford the roses this year. Have you ever done something like this? What's to see if your local stores have things you could raffle or give away as prizes. I am president of a small fair board and each year receives around 300 awards shop for gifts. Maybe nothing too big, but still something. For decoration I would go with easy to clean plastic red and pink table covering. The guy who get a dollar stores everywhere, then go for some low-cost balloons in red, white and pink. Tie the people with their long ribbons to a stone wrapped in pretty paper or sitting in a small gift bag, then sprinkle the confetti that you get at party stores or homemade if you have all the time through the center of the tables and table decorations wallah.
